Chris Cox has been a physical therapist since 2003 and at McBride Orthopedic Hospital Physicians since 2005. He has a Masters degree in physical therapy from Wichita State University, and Ph. D., in Health and Human Performance from Oklahoma State University. He received his Certified Strength and Conditioning Certification in 2009. He taught the spine and extremity orthopedic courses at Langston University in 2015 and 2016. Currently, he is working on a research project in coordination with the University of Central Oklahoma involving how fear and avoidance behaviors affect an athlete's rehabilitation.
